In this portion of the program, you will:

  • Build the skills necessary to see possibility and opportunity in all situations.
  • Develop new ways of thinking and viewing situations in order to push beyond the obvious.
  • Inspire others by thinking differently and not being afraid to take risks.

Behavior Spotters

  • Consider the skills for Ensemble and Authenticity, and note a time when you felt pulled between the desire to remain authentic and the need of the team or group. How did that feel, and how did you navigate through that?
  • Find an opportunity to build on someone else’s idea that on the surface doesn’t seem feasible. Were you able to find any inspiration in it? Note a time when an idea of yours was shot down quickly. Were you able to use the skills of Resilience to work through that?
