Authenticity

In this portion of the program, you will:
● Learn to cultivate stronger relationships by identifying your own personal tendencies, and knowing how to adapt to others’ personalities and work styles.
● Discover your voice and how to use it.
● Build on your strengths and confront your vulnerabilities to bring your best self to all situations.

Behavior Spotters

● Note someone at work who you would describe as being authentic.  What are some adjectives you would use to describe him/her?  What are some ways that he/she demonstrates authenticity?
● Note times when it seems like someone is being inauthentic? What do you notice? How does it impact that situation?  Or, if we want to be less negative
● Note times when it is hard to display your personal point of view. In what types of situations does this arise?
